They take pictures of your jewellery; they're polite and prompt; and they get it done in a timely fashion.  Not sure what "Leanne C" is talking about. It certainly wasn't my experience.  Go there with confidence knowing you'll get an estimate prior to work done, photographed to eliminate confusion, and at a fair price.  What more can one ask for?

These people have difficulty performing basic battery changes. I cant decide if theyre clueless or complete scammers. EVERYTHING requires being sent to their "watchmaker". They had my watch for over a month. Took it there for battery change.  Took it home and it fogged up in the shower. (For the first time ever, after owning it 15 years) Took it back, said it was the crystal leaking. I knew it wasnt because it was FINE BEFORE THAT. They "fixed it" again. I took it home, went to set the time, pulled the pin and it came out right in my hand! Took it back.....endless problems. All because I needed a battery. Ive worn this watch 24/7 for 15 years. ZERO PROBLEMS. So....6 months later I take it back because the battery is dying ( it lets me know by skipping ahead every 5 seconds) I take it back there, without even opening it, they say there must be something wrong with it because its only been 6 months since the new battery. They refuse to just humor me and change the battery. Want to send it away. I said no way. Took it down the street to bridgeburg pawn shop. Changed battery in 2 min.  Charged me $5. And its worked ever since. Heard VERY similar stories from other people about this place.
